We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Director of Nursing to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital role in Leading and supporting our nursing staff, ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct clinical supervision and guidance to RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, fostering a positive and supportive team environment.
- Oversee daily nursing operations, including staffing, scheduling, and workload management.
- Participate in performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance staff development.
- Lead and participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure resident needs are holistically addressed.
- Contribute to the positive culture of the facility, promoting resident and staff satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within a nursing home or similar healthcare setting.
- Active RN license in the state of WISCONSIN.
- Demonstrated strong clinical skills and expertise in rehabilitation nursing.
- Proven ability to effectively motivate, mentor, and develop staff.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Collaborative and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Experience with PCC is a Bonus to have
