Shares responsibility in successfully delivering critical medium to large cross-functional technical initiatives.
Utilizes technical and project management expertise to drive key program deliverables.
Communicates regularly with IT Leadership, Development Teams, and Infrastructure Teams bringing awareness to dependencies, risks, issues and escalations and then facilitate solutions.
Specific Duties1.
Partner with Development and Infrastructure Teams from design through delivery on critical technical initiatives.
Provide leadership, program management, and facilitate technical solutions during various phases of product/project life cycle.
Develop and manage project milestones and tasks.
Ensure on-time delivery of critical technical initiatives.

Collaborate with Development Managers and Solution Architects to facilitate new technology initiatives and evaluations.
3.
Drive clarity and transparency between Development and Infrastructure Teams.
4.
Provide Portfolios with business context to technical decisions.
5.
Collaborate with Development Managers, Development Leads, and Technical Leads to estimate work efforts, identify resources, and establish timeframes.
6.
Provide development process experience and leadership to Development Teams working on critical technical initiatives.
7.
Develop and champion processes for efficiency and scale in the organization.
8.
Help identify and implement Development Team process improvements.
9.
Provide management and oversight to external development resources as needed.
10.
Use problem solving and facilitation skills to help resolve large complex technical problems.
11.
As a Development Team member work to Consistently Create Quality Code.
This position offers an optional partial telecommuting schedule after a period of onboarding, training and meeting performance goals.
Minimum requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field and 5 years of experience in Software Development or related field.
(3 or 4 year degree accepted)Specific skills:

5 years of experience working directly with development teams2.
3 years of project leadership experience3.
Must be detail-oriented, organized, self-directed, and possess excellent communication skills4.
Familiar with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies and able to apply them where best suited5.
Proven ability to manage multiple technical initiatives6.
Strong time-management skills with the ability to handle fluctuating priorities and projects7.
Advanced ability to identify process gaps8.
Strong technical skills, understands complex concepts and makes objective decisions9.
In depth knowledge of software development process, its lifecycle and best practices10.
Pass required drug screening and background check (applicable in the U.
